The vertical system features motor-driven rotation with closely nested disc stacks that create precise separation gaps. Suspension enters through the central feed tube, where centrifugal force settles particles on disc surfaces, forming sediment layers that slide outward for collection. This innovative design minimizes settling distance while maximizing surface area, significantly enhancing production capacity. Solids can be manually removed during shutdown or automatically discharged via continuous slag removal mechanisms.
