The DHZ Type disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and one or two liquid phases in a single continuous process using extremely high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall, while less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers. The interface position where liquid phases meet can be easily adjusted to ensure maximum separation efficiency.

The specialized disc stack plates provide additional surface settling area, dramatically accelerating the separation process. The unique configuration, shape, and design of these plates enable continuous separation of various solids from one or two liquids. The concentrated solids phase can be removed continuously, intermittently, or manually, depending on centrifuge type and specific application requirements.
