Centrifugal Separation Technology

The disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and one or two liquid phases in a single continuous process using extremely high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall, while less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers. The interface position between liquid phases can be adjusted for maximum separation efficiency. Special plates in the disc stack provide additional surface area, dramatically accelerating the separation process.

Process Flow:
1. Feed introduction via stationary inlet pipe
2. Acceleration in distributor
3. Separation between disc stack
4. Liquid phase moves to center and pumped out
5. Solids collected in periphery and discharged intermittently
6. Hydraulic system controls solids discharge at preset intervals

1. Suspension fed through feeding pipe
2. Heavy phase and sludge forced to periphery
3. Light phase flows toward center
4. Heavy phase pumped out via paring device
5. Solids collected and discharged automatically
