Centrifugal Separation Technology

The disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and liquid phases in a continuous process using high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall while lighter liquid phases form concentric inner layers. The interface position between phases can be adjusted for optimal separation efficiency. Specialized disc plates provide additional surface area, dramatically accelerating the separation process for various industrial applications.

4. Liquid phase movement to center
5. Solids collection at periphery
6. Intermittent solids discharge via hydraulic system

2. Heavy phase and sludge move to periphery
3. Light phase flows toward center
4. Separate discharge of heavy and light phases
5. Automatic intermittent solids discharge
