Centrifugal Separation Technology

Our disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and liquid phases in a continuous process using high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall while lighter liquid phases form concentric inner layers.

The interface position between liquid phases can be adjusted for maximum separation efficiency. The specialized disc stack configuration accelerates the separation process, enabling continuous operation across various applications with solids removal options including continuous, intermittent, or manual discharge.

2-Phase Separation System

Process Flow: Feed enters via stationary inlet pipe → Accelerates in distributor → Enters disc stack → Separation occurs between discs → Liquid moves to center and pumped out → Solids collect in periphery → Intermittent discharge via hydraulic system.

3-Phase Separation System

Process Flow: Suspension enters through feeding pipe → Heavy phase and sludge move to periphery → Light phase flows toward center → Both phases pumped out separately → Solids automatically discharged intermittently via hydraulic system.
