Working Principle

After starting and reaching full speed, operating water enters the sealed chamber to make the piston rise and close the outlet. Material to be separated is fed into the bowl through the pipe. Due to centrifugal force, impurities gather on the bowl periphery. At intervals, operating water flows into the open chamber, forcing the sliding piston to drop down and open the outlet. Impurities are discharged outside the bowl and machine via the impurities collection set. Meanwhile, the light phase gathers in the bowl center and is discharged by the centripetal pump. The heavy phase is introduced to the centripetal pump room via disc gland and discharged out by centripetal pump, completing one cycle. Operating water then enters the sealing chamber, raises the piston, and closes the ejection port, continuing the cycle.
