Working Principle

The disc stack centrifuge separates solids and liquid phases in a continuous process using high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall while less dense liquids form concentric inner layers. The disc stack provides additional surface area, dramatically accelerating the separation process.
