Soy Milk Separator Small Centrifugal Separator

After starting and reaching full speed, operating water enters the sealed chamber to raise the piston and close the outlet. The material to be separated is then fed into the bowl through the feeding pipe. Due to centrifugal force, impurities gather on the periphery of the bowl. At predetermined intervals, operating water flows into the open chamber, forcing the sliding piston to drop down and open the outlet. This discharges impurities outside the bowl and machine via the impurities collection set. Simultaneously, the light phase gathers in the center of the bowl and is discharged by the centripetal pump, while the heavy phase is introduced to the centripetal pump room via the disc gland and discharged out, completing one cycle.
