Working Principle

After starting and reaching full speed, operating water enters the sealed chamber to raise the piston and close the outlet. Material is fed into the bowl where centrifugal force separates impurities to the periphery. At intervals, operating water flows into the open chamber, forcing the sliding piston down to open the outlet and discharge impurities. Simultaneously, the light phase gathers in the bowl center and is discharged via the centripetal pump, while the heavy phase is directed to the centripetal pump room and discharged, completing one cycle. The process repeats as operating water re-enters the sealing chamber to raise the piston and close the ejection port.
