Working Principle

Water room

After starting and reaching full speed, operating water enters the sealed chamber to raise the piston and close the outlet. Material is fed into the bowl through the feeding pipe. Centrifugal force causes impurities to gather at the bowl periphery. At intervals, operating water flows into the open chamber, forcing the sliding piston down to open the discharge port. Impurities are discharged outside the bowl and machine via the impurities collection system. Meanwhile, the light phase gathers in the bowl center and is discharged by the centripetal pump, while the heavy phase is directed to the centripetal pump room via disc gland and discharged. This completes one cycle, after which operating water re-enters the sealing chamber to raise the piston and close the ejection port, repeating the process.
