These high-performance machines effectively separate liquid mixtures while simultaneously removing solids, making them indispensable across multiple industries.

Working Principle

The disc stack centrifuge separates solids and liquid phases in a continuous process using extremely high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall, while less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers.

The interface position between liquid phases can be adjusted for maximum separation efficiency. The disc stack design provides additional surface settling area, dramatically accelerating the separation process for various solids from one or two liquids.
