Working Principle
The disc stack centrifuge employs extreme centrifugal forces to separate solids and liquid phases in a continuous single process. Denser solids migrate outward against the rotating bowl wall, while lighter liquid phases form concentric inner layers. The interface position between phases is adjustable for optimal separation efficiency.
The disc stack configuration dramatically accelerates separation by providing additional surface settling area. The specialized plate design enables continuous separation of various solids from single or dual liquid streams. Solids concentration can be removed continuously, intermittently, or manually based on application requirements and solids volume.
With over 50 years of expertise in centrifugal separation technology, Huading Separator has established itself as China's leader in mechanical separation solutions. Our disc stack centrifuges deliver exceptional performance across multiple industries including beverage and dairy processing, oils and fats recovery, chemicals, , biotechnology, starch technology, marine engineering, energy, oil fields, and industrial applications.
