Huading Separator's disc bowl centrifuges are engineered for liquid-based separation applications. Utilizing centrifugal force, these machines efficiently separate solids from liquids and separate liquid mixtures while simultaneously removing solids. Working Principle

The disc stack centrifuge separates solids and liquid phases in a continuous process using high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall while less dense liquids form concentric inner layers. The interface position between phases can be adjusted for maximum separation efficiency.

The disc stack provides additional surface area that dramatically accelerates the separation process. The specific configuration, shape, and design of these plates enable continuous separation of various solids from one or two liquids. Solids can be removed continuously, intermittently, or manually based on application requirements.
