Automatic Discharge Lanolin Disc Separator Centrifuge

Designed for automatic industrial production, Huading Separator's disc separators utilize centrifugal force to efficiently separate substances and solids from liquids, as well as separate liquid mixtures while removing solids.

Working Principle

The disc stack centrifuge separates solids and liquid phases in a continuous process using extremely high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall while less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers.

The disc stack provides additional surface settling area, dramatically accelerating the separation process. The specific configuration and design of these plates enable continuous separation of various solids from one or two liquids.

Concentrated solids can be removed continuously, intermittently, or manually based on centrifuge type and solids volume requirements.
