Centrifugal Separation Technology

The disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and liquid phases in a continuous process using high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall while lighter liquid phases form concentric inner layers.

2-Phase Separation Process

Separation occurs inside a rotating bowl where feed material is introduced and accelerated. Liquid phases move through the disc stack to the center and are pumped out, while solids collect in the periphery for intermittent discharge.

3-Phase Separation Process

This system separates heavy phase, light phase, and solids simultaneously. The heavy phase and sludge move toward the bowl periphery while the light phase flows toward the center, with solids discharged automatically at preset intervals.
