Centrifugal Separation Technology

The disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and one or two liquid phases in a single continuous process using extremely high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall, while less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers.

The interface position where liquid phases meet can be adjusted to ensure maximum separation efficiency. The specialized disc stack configuration provides additional surface settling area, dramatically accelerating the separation process for various applications.

2-Phase Separation Process

Separation occurs inside a rotating bowl where feed material is introduced and accelerated through a specially designed distributor. Liquid moves through the disc stack to the center and is pumped out, while solids collect in the periphery for intermittent discharge through a hydraulic system.

3-Phase Separation Process

In three-phase separation, the heavy phase and sludge move toward the bowl periphery while the light phase flows toward the center. Both phases are pumped out separately, with solids automatically discharged at preset intervals through hydraulic operation.
