The disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and one or two liquid phases in a single continuous process using high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall while less dense liquid phases form concentric inner layers. The interface position between phases can be adjusted for maximum separation efficiency. Special disc plates provide additional surface area, dramatically accelerating the separation process.

3-Phase Separation Process
Top Quality Fermentation Disk Stack Centrifuge Separator for 2
Three-phase separation handles heavy phase, light phase, and solids simultaneously. The heavy phase and sludge move toward the bowl periphery while the light phase flows toward the center. Both liquid phases are pumped out separately, while solids are discharged intermittently through hydraulic-controlled ports.
