Centrifugal Separation Technology

The disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and liquid phases in a continuous process using high centrifugal forces. Denser solids are forced outward against the rotating bowl wall while lighter liquid phases form concentric inner layers. The interface position between phases can be adjusted for maximum separation efficiency. Special disc plates provide additional surface area, dramatically accelerating the separation process for various applications.
