Drive System Options
Single Motor Drive
This simplified design offers cost-effective operation and maintenance. Ideal for applications with consistent solids volume, easy solids conveyance, and moderate requirements for residual water content in solids. The input shaft is driven by the main motor via a secondary belt drive, generating differential speed based on bowl speed and gear transmission. Speed adjustment is achieved through belt pulley replacement.
Dual Motor Drive
Provides cost-effective differential speed regulation with wide operating ranges. The secondary motor drives the gear input shaft, generating differential speed that can be easily regulated by adjusting motor speed. Recommended for applications with significant solids volume fluctuations, challenging solids conveyance conditions, and stringent requirements for residual water content.
Hydro Drive System
Operates similarly to dual motor drive but features a rotating hydraulic motor instead of mechanical gearing. The hydraulic motor is supplied by a pump unit with hydraulic regulation. Since differential speed is proportional to oil flow rate, automatic regulation can be implemented without complications.
