Working Principle

Feed enters through stationary inlet tube and accelerates via inlet distributor
Centrifugal force causes sedimentation of solids on bowl wall
Separation occurs in horizontal cylindrical bowl with screw conveyor
Conveyor rotates with bowl at differential speed to move solids toward discharge
Clarified liquid separation via adjustable overflow plate

Material Construction

All material contact surfaces use high-quality stainless steel or duplex stainless steel. Bowl body features centrifugal casting for enhanced durability and reliability.

Bowl and Screw Design

Specialized bowl and spiral design applies high-pressure, two-way compression at conical end to maximize cake dryness and minimize moisture content.

Drive System

Dual motor dual frequency conversion with multi-stage planetary gear drive. Real-time differential speed adjustment based on material characteristics and user requirements. Unique DC bus-powered design ensures strong spiral torque while reducing power consumption. Multiple drive options available including full hydraulic drive.

Lubrication System

Available with traditional manual grease lubrication or optional automatic grease/thin oil lubrication systems for real-time bearing lubrication, significantly enhancing bearing life and overall machine durability.

Control System

Standard configuration includes SIEMENS PLC + HMI, fully integrating critical parameters: speed, differential, current, torque, vibration and more for optimal performance monitoring.

Wear Protection
