Automatic continuous discharging decanter centrifuge for efficient drilling fluid treatment and solids separation.

Standard Equipment

The decanter centrifuge includes a motor control center panel to operate the main drive, back drive, and feed pump. A differential speed controller maintains optimal solids balance in the decanter during operation. All parts exposed to wear are protected by special metal hard facing, ceramic wear bushes, inserts, etc. Bushes and inserts are easily exchangeable, even under field conditions. Maintenance tools and spare parts are supplied.

Drive System Options

One Motor Drive

This simple and cost-effective design is ideal for applications with constant solids volume, easy solids conveyance, and less stringent requirements for residual water content. The input shaft is driven by the main motor via a secondary belt drive, generating differential speed as a function of bowl speed and gear transmission. Differential speed can be adjusted by replacing belt pulleys.

Two Motor Drive

This system enables cost-effective differential speed regulation under various operating conditions with wide regulating ranges. The secondary motor drives the input shaft of the gear, generating differential speed as a function of bowl speed and gear transmission. Ideal for applications with fluctuating solid volumes, difficult solids conveyance conditions, and stringent requirements for residual water content.

Hydro Drive

Similar to the two motor drive system but with a different design approach. Instead of a mechanical gear, a rotating hydromotor is installed and supplied with hydraulic regulation by a pump unit. The differential speed is proportionate to the conveyed oil quantity, allowing for automatic regulation without complications.
