Mango puree is one of the harshest fruit streams in a tropical juice plant. The pulp arrives carrying long insoluble fibers, pectin-rich gel and a heavy load of suspended solids, and each of these fractions must leave the process at exactly the right point. The LWS450 decanter centrifuge is engineered for that single duty. A 450 mm bowl turning at 4,000 rpm develops a centrifugal force of 4,000 G, pressing the fibrous solids against the bowl wall while the refined puree is clarified in the same pass.
Because the machine discharges solids continuously through the conical beach, the line holds a steady 12 to 15 tonnes per hour with no batch interruption. The downstream pasteuriser, homogeniser and aseptic filler therefore run at a constant rate, and the operator no longer needs to stop the process to clean a clogged screen or a bag filter. This is the practical difference between a decanter and a press or a paddle finisher: capacity stays flat across the whole shift, and the separated fiber leaves the machine dry enough to be sold as a by-product instead of being dumped as wet waste.

The LWS450 is used wherever a fruit puree or pulp has to be refined without dilution and without thermal abuse. Typical installations include mango and guava puree lines for the beverage and baby-food industry, papaya and banana pulp for nectar production, tomato paste pre-clarification, and coconut milk separation. It is equally effective upstream of a homogeniser in a fruit preparation plant, where residual fiber would otherwise score the valve seats and block plate heat exchangers.
It also serves as the primary dewatering unit in plants that sell the recovered fiber as a dietary ingredient. Because the scroll protection keeps abrasion damage low, the same bowl geometry can be re-set for a second product season by changing the differential speed and pond depth, which makes one machine useful for a full tropical fruit calendar rather than a single crop.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceEach set is wrapped in VCI corrosion-inhibiting film, bolted onto a fumigated plywood skid and braced inside a steel-framed export case. The bowl, scroll and main bearings are supported with transport locks that must be released before commissioning. A spare-parts kit containing gaskets, bearing temperature sensors and one set of tungsten carbide tiles ships in the same case, together with an operation and maintenance manual in English, Spanish or Russian on request.
Every machine is dynamically balanced, then run-tested for four hours on water and two hours on actual mango pulp before shipment, and a test report with vibration values, bearing temperatures and solids discharge moisture is supplied with the unit. The bowl and the pressure-bearing housing carry a 24-month warranty; wear parts are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months. Commissioning support by an Huading engineer, either on site or by remote video, is included for the first start-up.
