Operating Principle

Material enters the drum center and undergoes strong centrifugal force through disc bundle separation intervals. Heavier components move outward, accumulating in sediment areas, while lighter phases converge toward centripetal pumps for continuous output and periodic heavy slag discharge.

Our three-phase disc separators efficiently handle liquid-liquid-solid separation applications including oil-water and sludge processing. For optimal performance, solid content should be reduced to less than 3% with particles under 400 micrometers using a decanter centrifuge prior to separation.
