Centrifugal Separation Technology

The disc stack separator efficiently separates solids and liquid phases in a continuous process using high centrifugal forces. Denser solids move outward against the rotating bowl wall while lighter liquids form concentric inner layers, with adjustable interface positioning for optimal separation efficiency.

2-Phase Separation Process

Separation occurs within a rotating bowl where feed material is accelerated through a distributor into the disc stack. Liquid phases move through the disc stack to the center and are pumped out, while solids collect in the periphery for intermittent discharge through a hydraulic system.

3-Phase Separation Process

This configuration separates heavy phase, light phase, and solids simultaneously. The heavy phase and sludge move toward the bowl periphery while the light phase flows toward the center. Solids are discharged intermittently via hydraulic system operation.
