The LW430 biogas digestate dewatering decanter centrifuge is a horizontal solid bowl machine engineered for continuous separation of anaerobically digested slurry into a dry solid phase and a clear liquid phase. Biogas plants and livestock farms generate large volumes of digestate that must be dewatered before the solid fraction can be composted, dried or transported and before the liquid fraction can be recycled as fertilizer or polished in wastewater treatment. This decanter centrifuge applies a centrifugal force up to 3200 G to accelerate natural sedimentation, while an internal screw conveyor with a wear protected scroll tip steadily transports the settled solids toward the conical discharge end. The result is a cake with noticeably lower moisture content, higher dry matter and dramatically reduced handling volume compared with simple settling tanks or screw presses.

Constructed with SS316L stainless steel for all wetted parts, the machine resists the mildly corrosive nature of digested manure and organic acids commonly found in agricultural digestate. The main bearing housings are sealed with high grade SKF bearings and the rotating assembly is dynamically balanced to sustain vibration free operation around the clock. Because digestate composition changes with feedstock and season, the LW430 is equipped with an inverter controlled back drive that allows the operator to adjust the differential speed between bowl and scroll while the machine is running. This feature makes it possible to fine tune cake dryness and liquid clarity without stopping production.

It dewaters digestate before screw press composting, dries the fiber fraction for bedding material production and clarifies the liquid fraction for nutrient recovery or discharge polishing. The machine is equally suitable for dewatering of slaughterhouse waste slurry and other high organic content agricultural residues.

Every decanter is factory tested under full load before shipment and balanced to ISO 1940 G2.5 grade. The machine is protected with rust preventive oil and exported in plywood cases or 40 foot containers with dedicated steel frames. We supply complete technical documentation including layout drawing, foundation plan, wiring diagram and operation manual. The standard warranty period is 12 months with spare parts such as bearings, seals and wear tiles available from stock.
